Responsible for creating, designing, and delivering digital and printed marketing material to promote GV brands specifically focused on The Garden Concept. Ensure all work maintains the level of quality expected from GV.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>KEY OBJECTIVES</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li> Ensure that the photographic content, graphic design service, and outputs are effectively integrated and managed from conception to completion on time at the best quality.</li><li> Improve and create graphics for web design and other related projects, and also support the team to upload images to e-commerce.</li><li> Keep up to date with industry trends and creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting-edge industry</li><li>knowledge.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li> Coordinate all aspects of production, including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving color, copy, text format separations, and scaling images for digital social and print production.</li><li> Design clear, engaging graphic communications for social, digital, and print. This will include logos, direct mail pieces, branded promotional items, website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed.</li><li> Maintain a job schedule and managed workflow to ensure that all tasks were assigned and delivered according to deadlines. </li><li> Participating in marketing workshops, brainstorming creative concepts for future campaigns, marketing plans, monthly calendars, and marketing strategies.</li><li> Create exhibition and in-store materials (banners, documents, leaflets, and invitations).</li><li> Provide design support to the retail and Marketing team, helping to produce branding, brochures, and other online and print materials to promote new developments and maximize sales, work on major promotional and sale design, and print for store graphics.</li><li> Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.</li><li> To think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop innovative designs.</li><li> Ensure that all designs are brief and within brand guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PERSON SPECIFICATION</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Equivalent Experience</strong></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.</li><li> Highly skilled photographer/videographer.</li><li> Extensive exposure to a professional graphic design environment with proven experience working as a Graphic</li><li>Designer.
