<strong>Job Title: </strong>Pharmacy Team Lead<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Abudhabi<br><br><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ Years<br><br><em><strong>Education: Bachleor’s Degree<br><br></strong></em><strong><u>General Summary<br></u></strong><ul><li>The position is a lead position provides management and oversight to the Pharmacy Call Center agents to ensure the delivery of quality service in line with agreed KPIs to provide a first call patient experience.</li><li>The position is responsible for developing a highly engaged and productive team. This position should oversee call centre operational performance in terms of the Pharmacy metrics and ensure it is functioning at its best capacity.</li><li>Monitors daily activities and manages work schedules to ensure that quality, production and customer service standards are maintained.</li><li>This position is also required to analyse complex data and identify gaps and areas of improvement as well as areas for taking initiatives forward to improve and ensure operational efficiencies.</li></ul>
