<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p><p>We Invite Egyptian leaders in the field of <span>pharmacovigilance to apply </span>For reputable pharmacovigilance centre in Cairo, We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacovigilance Centre Director to lead and manage the centre. As the Director, you will be responsible for initiating business relationships with pharmaceutical companies, setting budgets, and overseeing all operational aspects, including technical and financial functions. Your strategic vision, strong leadership, and in-depth knowledge of pharmacovigilance practices will be vital in ensuring the efficient and compliant functioning of our centre.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>路 Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to establish partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.</p><p>路 Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies to negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.</p><p>路 Establish and manage the centre’s budget, including forecasting and financial reporting, ensuring financial sustainability and cost-effective operations.</p><p>路 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacovigilance centre, including case processing, signal detection, risk management, and regulatory reporting activities.</p><p>路 Provide leadership and guidance to the pharmacovigilance team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</p><p>路 Stay abreast of global pharmacovigilance regulations and industry trends, and ensure the centre’s adherence to applicable guidelines and standards.</p><p>路 Develop and implement quality management systems to monitor and improve the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of the centre’s operations.</p><p>路 Liaise with regulatory authorities, representing the centre during inspections and audits, and ensuring timely and appropriate responses to queries or findings.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>路 A minimum of [18] years of experience in pharmacovigilance, with a focus on managerial or leadership roles.</p><p>路 In-depth knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.</p><p>路 Strong business acumen and proven experience in initiating and managing partnerships with pharmaceutical companies.</p><p>路 Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</p><p>路 Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.</p><p>路 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive process improvements.</p><p>路 Advanced degree in pharmacy (PhD) is preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>Join our dynamic team as the Pharmacovigilance Centre Director and contribute to the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products.
