<strong>Pharmacist In Charge – Store</strong><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>Responsible for Pharmaceutical storage and distribution Environment</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Principal Accountabilities:</span></p><p><span>- To achieve operational excellence, minimize product loss and ensure staff safety within the Company Distribution processes.</span></p><p><span>- Responsible to ensure medications are stored in the correct manner.</span></p><p><span>- Keeping track of all necessary licenses both personal and company and keeping them updated as per Governmental requirements</span></p><p><span>- Documentation – Receiving consignment; check it as per MoH standards – Coordinating</span></p><p><span>- Licensed pharmacist shall manage controlled drugs as per rules laid down by MOH</span></p><p><span>- Management of documentation archiving and record keeping</span></p><p><span>- Implement ISO in the Organization and adopt standard practices.</span></p><p><span>- Follow and implement standard operating policies and local legislation.</span></p><p><span>- Problem solving, leading negotiations, crisis management with necessary governmental and regulatory authorities as required</span></p><p><span>- Managing HAAD authority quality program (violations &amp; Excellence requirements) with respect to Drug Store practice</span></p><p><span>- The Pharmacist In charge will be responsible for the Supervise receiving…, warehousing, picking/packing and dispatch, in order to meet healthcare customer requirements.</span></p><p><span>- Responsible for day to day operations to include operational work flow, scheduling, annual appraisals, regulatory compliance</span></p><p><span>- Supervising staff and conducting storing procedures wherever necessary</span></p><p><span>- Preparing the annual budget and plan for Manpower requirements and Controlling warehousing expenses –</span></p><p><span>- Ensuring the settlement of warehouse related -vendors/contractors financial payments through the Finance Department, in line with the company financial policies –</span></p><p><span>- Providing guidance and development to assigned staff and encourage individual development, interviewing people and hiring right candidate</span></p><p><span>- Responsible for handling delivery. Propose &amp; complete special projects with approval of management within the agreed time schedules.</span></p><p><span>- Fully understand, drive and promote company vision, culture and values.</span></p><p><span>- Hands-on role &amp; will guide in entire end-to-end supply chain activities for the medicine products in the warehouse.</span></p><p><span>- Ownership and responsibility for providing excellent customer service while running a smooth and efficient operation.</span></p><p><span>- Ensure proper, efficient and maximum utilization of manpower and space.</span></p><p><span>- Warehouse and material management &amp; Inventory and cost control.</span></p><p><span>- To supervise and help in maintaining and improving the efficiency &amp; effectiveness of the company’s logistics and supply chain operations.</span></p><p><span>- Implementing and formulating KPI’s (key performance indicators).</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Samples Distribution</span></p><p><span>- Approving monthly samples to the sales team as per the mail request from manager/team leader.</span></p><p><span>- Will make sure all such sample issues are to be stamped “free medical sample not for sale” as per the rules governed by M.O.H.</span></p><p><span>- Maintaining manual log register for free medical samples as per M.O.H. rules.</span></p><p><span>- Issuing samples/free goods to regulatory affairs or to some customers upon request.</span></p><p><span>- Entire samples to be issued from Computer system with in the month and keeping its records.</span></p><p><span>- Providing samples for various purposes such as Free of Cost to M.O.H staff or for registration renewal etc.</span></p><p><span>- Maintaining manual register for free medial samples &amp; control the stock movements.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Complaints/Temperature &amp; Humidity Related</span></p><p><span>- Reporting complaints related to pharmacovigilance issues or any batch recalled from the supplier.</span></p><p><span>- Checking store temperature &amp; humidity chart as per M.O.H. requisition and keeping its track record.</span></p><p><span>- Keep Hygiene in premises daily and maintaining its activity chart thru logs if any.</span></p><p><span>- Updating important documents such as trade license, store license M.O.H &amp; HAAD, license for the registered pharmacist.</span></p><p><span>- Make sure the documents are displayed properly.</span></p><p><span>- Adhering to all MOH standards. Ensure good house-keeping, maintenance of temperature as per HAAD standards</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Pest Control/Waste Management &amp; Refrigeration of Vehicles</span></p><p><span>- Ensuring the drug store has valid pest control / waste management contract as per M.O.H./HAAD rules.</span></p><p><span>- Ensuring availability of fire extinguisher and Ensuring service happens twice per year and calibrating medicool refrigerator per year.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Delivery Vehicles</span></p><p><span>- Supervision and getting work done of Receiving new vehicle delivery and arranging its refrigeration works and completing registration process.</span></p><p><span>- Supervising the job for handling monthly service for each delivery van as agreed by management.</span></p><p><span>- Supervising the Timely repairing and replacement of spare parts/tyres as per our approved price.</span></p><p><span>- Servicing of air condition of vehicle at least yearly basis or depends on the condition.</span></p><p><span>- Doing fitness test and renewing registration yearly.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Stock Control Areas</span></p><p><span>- Receiving consignments and reporting if any variation found &amp; it by cross checking its GRN.</span></p><p><span>- Arranging stocks from various stores through proper communications as per the requirements.</span></p><p><span>- Checking the received quantity with stock transfer sheet and reporting &amp; rectifying if any variations.</span></p><p><span>- Sending the signed transfer document to the boarded store and filing its records.</span></p><p><span>- Sending goods to various stores upon indent received and transferring it though the system.</span></p><p><span>- Pricing and arranging display shelves daily basis with the running batch and expiry.</span></p><p><span>- Allocating short expiry medicines in separate area.</span></p><p><span>- Guiding Joining with store team for pricing and arranging orders and store as well.</span></p><p><span>- Keeping damaged stock/recalled goods in its shelves and reporting to the concerned departments.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><span>- Valid UAE MOH license.</span></p><p><span>- Should be graduate in Pharmacy.</span></p><p><span>- Should have good experience in dealing with store.</span></p>
