Job Description

Job Title: Personal Banking Advisor
Job Band: ENBD.Associate.L

Note: Numbers of positions is (5)

Job Purpos:

The Units core responsibility is to increase market share of asset products and acquire more New To Bank (NTB) customers and function in line with the Group’s overall business strategy. This Unit is responsible to bring new companies to the bank’s approved list of employers & capitalize on these relationships to increase overall penetration of retail banking products.

Also to provide Excellent Service to Customers before and after sales.  

  • To achieve monthly assigned targets across all products
  • To provide excellent customer service.

Explore the opportunities of cross-sell during customer interaction

Specifications

A. Education:

  • University graduate with 2-3 years sales / Service experience

B. Experiences:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, goal oriented, Results driven. Bilingual with English a must.
  • Selling & Marketing Skills

C. Knowledge & Skills:

  • Finacle, Seibel, BPM, Finnone     

D. Behavioral Competencies:

 

  • Advanced listening and analytical skills
  • Self-Motivated / Hardworking/ Focused &Enthusiastic
  • Ability towork under stress

  • Above 20 Y
