<p><strong><u>Admin – Personal Assistant to Executive</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Location:</u></strong><u> </u>Jounieh/Harissa- Lebanon</p><p><span>Capelli Sport / USA partnered with Fact Universal S.A.L. a Lebanese company that service and run our back offices in the United States, Germany, China and the MENA region. </span></p><p>We are looking for a reliable Administrative, Personal Assistant with knowledge In Management for our operation in the Mena region, Europe, Asia and America.</p><p>The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.</p><p>** English language must be extremely proficient (Verbal, Reading, and Writing)</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p>1. Provide professional secretarial and general administrative support to executives at the company and assist daily work including but not limited to: calendar management, key records and filing system, expense claims, office maintenance; documentations, training, procedures</p><p>2. Make phone calls and arrange appointment for executives at the company</p><p>3. Day-to-day schedule management, arrange meetings, prepare meeting materials in advance make meeting minutes if needed</p><p>4. Translates documents/contracts and interpret for meetings if required from time to time; </p><p>5. Help on daily management as needed/coordinating with employees in different regions/ looking for candidates / office maintenance / other personal support if needed</p><p>6. Build and update executives at the company contact database to capture relevant information on important contacts for executives at the company</p><p>7. Other temporary assignment from executives at the company</p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><p>1. Academic or professional education/qualifications</p><p>2. 3-5 years relevant working experience;</p><p>3. Principle driven and act discreetly in managing confidential and sensitive information and uphold high ethical standard</p><p>4. Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement manner with internal and external customers and employees at all levels</p><p>5. Highly organized and meticulous, with an eye for details</p><p>6. Systematically database management skills</p><p>7. Enthusiastic with a drive to work in a flexible, fast-paced work environment</p><p>8. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel. SAP will be a plus but not necessary </p><p>Candidate should be willing to work based on American Standard Eastern Time zone. This is not a remote position.
