Job Description

We are looking for an amazing and organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO on complex tasks

What you will do

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondences
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements and arrange visas issuance
  • Take minutes of meetings and follow up on completion of tasks
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
