A leading client within the Financial Services space are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and executive team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of the company in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.<p><br></p>You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of administrative and organizational tasks. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play an integral role in optimising the efficiency of our leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and client relationships within the financial services sector.<p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence</li><li>Serve as a point of contact between the executive team, clients, and internal stakeholders</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately</li><li>Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and other written materials</li><li>Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion</li><li>Organise and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval</li><li>Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events, such as meetings, conferences, and workshops</li><li>Arrange logistics, catering, and other event-related details</li><li>Oversee office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed</li><li>Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with relevant service providers</li><li>Support the executive team in project-related tasks, tracking deadlines, and deliverables</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to gather information and materials for projects</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively</li><li>Strong communication skills in English , both written and verbal</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy</li><li>Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information</li><li>Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams</li><li>Knowledge of financial terminology and industry practices is a plus</li></ul>
