<p>Responsible for the day-to-day general administration of properties, creating/tracking management system, viewing properties, managing properties, marketing and booking of clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1.Personal secretarial support to Director</p><p>2.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities</p><p>3.Oversee the performance of business and personal operations and look after Director</p><p>4.Email / Bills / phone / banking / websites/ content etc</p><p>5.Viewing properties, reviewing contracts, photos, websites posts</p><p>6.Handling check-in/out of clients and managing cleaning team.</p><p>7.Process customer bookings through email or WhatsApp.</p><p>8.Customer Service (a must).</p><p>9.Respond to customer enquiries.</p><p>10.Short-Term rental Channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia… etc)</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Customer Focus</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills (English)</li><li>Highly Organized</li><li>Good Problem Solving Skills</li><li>Honest and Trustworthy</li><li>Patient and Courteous</li><li>Professional and Punctual</li><li>Strong Sense of Responsibility; willingness really put in the work</li><li>Able to Work under Minimal Supervision; able to manage her task list.</li><li>Energetic; can endure working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Team Player; possesses the initiative to help the team especially when needed</li></ul><p><br></p>
