<p>Gulf Land Property Developers is currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to be based in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and managing correspondence on behalf of the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent organizational skills. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between the VP of Sales &amp; Marketing and other members of the executive team.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><span>Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.</span></li><li><span>Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.</span></li><li><span>Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.</span></li><li><span>Copying, scanning, and taking notes.</span></li><li><span>Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities</span></li><li><span>Support marketing executives in organizing various projects</span></li><li><span>Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success</span></li><li><span>Prepare and deliver promotional presentations</span></li></ul><p>Requirements and skills</p><ul><li><span>Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines</span></li><li><span>Well-organized&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Excellent knowledge of MS Office</span></li><li><span>Exquisite communication and people skills</span></li><li>Job Type: Full-time, Permanent</li></ul>
