<p>We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy personal assistant with experience in ecommerce businesses to support me in my day to day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be resourceful, and have a problem-solving mindset. As my personal assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting me by handling administrative tasks and helping me stay on top of my schedule.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>- Provide administrative support to me, including scheduling, email management, and research.</p><p>- Act as a liaison between me and external contacts such as suppliers in Alibaba</p><p>- Write content related to our ecommerce business such as product descriptions and reviews.</p><p>- Assist with problem-solving and finding solutions to challenges that arise, particularly related to ecommerce businesses.</p><p>- Perform other duties related to the platforms we use.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- At least 2 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative role, with experience in ecommerce businesses.</p><p>- Strong proficiency with technology tools, including project management software, virtual meeting platforms, and email management.</p><p>- Resourceful and able to find solutions to problems quickly and effectively, particularly in an ecommerce setting.</p><p>- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>Ability to work independently.</p><p><br></p><p>We place a high importance on skills like photo and video editing, writing, and communication skills, so if you excel in these areas, we would love to hear from you! </p><p><br></p>
