<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant. He/She will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to our CEO &amp; Board of Directors and must be a proficient multitasker and able to prioritize tasks effectively.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Board of Directors. </li><li>Manage the Board of Directors’ schedules, appointments, and meetings, and ensure that they are properly prepared for all meetings. </li><li>Respond to emails and phone calls, and direct calls to the appropriate person, or take messages. </li><li>Draft, proofread, and edit documents, letters, reports, and other correspondence as required. </li><li>Conduct research and prepare presentations and reports as needed. </li><li>Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation. </li><li>Manage expenses and ensure timely submission of expense reports. </li><li>Maintain and update files, records, and databases. </li><li>Coordinate with other departments and external contacts to ensure smooth operations. </li><li>Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters</li></ul><p><strong>Please note:</strong> This position may at times require attention outside of standard work hours to accommodate the needs of the Board of Directors. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to adjust their schedule as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Excellent French verbal communication skills. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, by email, phone, and in person. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. </li><li>Resourcefulness and the ability to think outside the box. </li><li>Discretion and confidentiality. </li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.</li><li>Willingness to learn, ability to pick up quickly, and adjust depending on the executives. </li><li>Must be confident to communicate with stakeholders on behalf of the executives.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. </li><li>Arabic speaker. </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in any related field.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note: </strong>This is a full-time <strong>onsite </strong>position. </p><p>If you have the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p><p><br></p>
