Job Description
We are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to support in both personal and business affairs.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in dual role which includes working in both a private PA setting and Business Support. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to coordinating and managing the client’s diary, travel, meetings as well as events and projects.
You will also be responsible for office administration duties including greeting clients into the business, answering telephone calls, responding to emails and completing any paperwork required. In addition, you will complete any administration and ad hoc duties that is required to ensure a smooth running of the day to day business and personal life.
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm, however, you must be flexible.
