<p><strong><u>Role &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li><span>Preferably Female applicants</span></li><li><span>Managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments.</span></li><li>Act as a mediator between external clients, employees and the Vice Chairperson to convey information.</li><li>Attend phone calls and take messages on behalf of the Vice-Chairperson</li><li>Schedule appointments and set up venues as and when required</li><li>Coordinate all travel arrangements when required.</li><li>Run day-to-day errands and coordinate special events, including conferences, quarterly meetings and business luncheons.</li><li>Assisting with projects by researching on them and providing all the required information.</li><li>Coordinate the internal and external activities related to the development and execution of art exhibitions</li><li>Any other ad hoc duties as may reasonably be required by the Vice Chairperson</li><li>Travel alongside the Vice Chairperson whenever required, for Meetings, events etc.,</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Skills and Competencies</u></strong></p><ul><li>Graduate/Post Graduate (Any degree)</li><li>Prior experience as a personal/ executive assistant- ideally in a family office</li><li>Good computer skills and knowledge of software like MS Office, Canva etc.,</li><li>Excellent communication and people skills.</li><li>Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Proficiency in business writing.</li><li>Good professional ethics and integrity.</li><li>Ability to work closely with senior staff and their contacts</li><li>Ability to prioritize own workload and meet deadlines, without compromising the quality of the work</li></ul>
