Personal Assistant
We are seeking a driven and motivated Assistant CEO to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, including sales and marketing, shipment tracking and logistics, and B2B business management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to directly implement strategies and plans to drive growth and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Prepare complete and accurate reports on the company’s operations
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the company’s performance and increase sales
- Assist in market analysis and research in different countries where the company operates
- Oversee shipment tracking and logistics
- Manage outdoor B2B business activities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase the company’s online presence
- Analyze and improve company’s digital business performance
- Assist in company’s communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and websites
- Assist in developing and executing E-marketing email strategies
- Create and establish customer service policies and procedures to ensure that the best experience is given to customers
- Help in developing new sales strategies and improving current sales processes
- Provide education and information to customers, employees, and distributors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales reports and data to develop business plans and improve operations
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Proficient with MS Office applications and other related tools
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Adherence to all company standards and business professionalism
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
