Able to communicate concisely at all levels, with all stakeholders across their area of responsibility, and the wider project teams.

Candidates will have at least 1 year of demonstrable site-based Consolidated Permit to Work System administrative experience, in a client focused coordination role, within an onshore Chemical and or Petrochemical Greenfield/Brownfield environment, in the Middle East, (RLIC PTW System preferred). They should possess exceptional analytical and time-management skills, an ability to identify and act on improvement opportunities, as well as recognizing and reacting appropriately to any emergent issues, throughout Contractors build execution sequence and schedule.

Requirements:

.Fluent in English written and spoken.
.Recognized discipline trade/craft qualification as a minimum, and/or administrative degree.
.Fully conversant with coordinating construction permitting systems and activity end to end, within a greenfield construction site of major industrial project setting.
.Expert proficiency with MS Office (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) & ePTW and well as paper based PTW systems.
.Middle East experience, and particularly desirable is experience at a coordinators level in Qatar, and Qatar’s RLIC site
