<strong>Job Description And Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong> Responsibilities and Duties: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Reviews contractual documentation; </li><li> Verifies that performance testing requirements are accounted from the engineering documents; </li><li> Takes part in project planning &amp; scheduling; Prepares and keeps up-to-date the performance test execution plan (including the mobilization of personnel); </li><li> Supervises the preparation of the Performance Testing procedures </li><li> Reviews the performance test procedure, for the aspects falling within his area of competences; </li><li> Reviews and\or defines the Licensor\Vendors schedule and assignment, concerning the test run activities; </li><li> Assist purchasing &amp; subcontracting service department for the definition of subcontractor scope of work; </li><li> Identifies the project requirements &amp; constraints, identify Risks and Opportunities related to performance testing activities; </li><li> Supervises / define the preparation of the integrated Performance Testing schedule; for these activities defines the specific temporary logistic required to comply with the project scope of work; elaborated tools and method of control; </li><li> Takes part in the project review meetings to make sure that the performance Testing requirements have been duly complied with; </li><li> Supports the EH&amp;S Team for the aspects falling within his area of responsibilities; </li><li> Ensures the application of the EH&amp;S aspects falling within his sphere of responsibility; </li><li> Ensures the preparation and checking of the Purchase Requisitions and Technical evaluation falling within his sphere of responsibility; </li><li> Ensures the issue of work progress reports for the part he is responsible for; </li><li> Vendor and third party management, from Technical evaluations till coordination at site </li><li> Ensures, at site the management of performance testing activities, coordinating the activities carried out by Internal resources, Sub-Contractors and third parties. </li><li> Organizes and performs the Performance Testing of the FACILITIES; </li><li> Ensures the respect of the budget </li><li> Vendor and third party management, from technical evaluations till coordination at site </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications And Skills</strong><p><br></p>Educational Specialization:<p><br></p><ul><li> Engineering, Mechanical or Instrumentation and control </li></ul><p><br></p>Level of Education<p><br></p><ul><li> Master Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent </li></ul><p><br></p>Foreign Language<p><br></p><ul><li> English </li></ul><p><br></p>Technical knowledge<p><br></p><ul><li> Experience in project phases: Engineering, construction, pre-commissioning / commissioning </li><li> Instrumentation: calibration, functional testing, troubleshooting </li><li> Valves: calibration, functional testing, troubleshooting </li><li> Control Systems: ESD, DCS, Fire &amp; Gas, PLC, MMS, Controllers tuning, troubleshooting, functional testing </li><li> Analyzers, general knowledge </li></ul><p><br></p>IT skills<p><br></p><ul><li> MS office </li></ul><p><br></p>Work Experience<p><br></p><ul><li> 15+ year of experience in oil and gas industry </li><li> Previous Site experience is a must, previous experience in ARAMCO projects is a plus </li></ul><p><br></p>Resource type<p><br></p><ul><li> Expert </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Req No.</strong><p><br></p>46053BR<p><br></p><strong>Employment Status</strong><p><br></p>Fixed Term (agency) – Full Time<p><br></p><strong>Organization</strong><p><br></p>Global Engrg Mfg Technology &amp; Equipment<p><br></p><strong>Business Sector / Division</strong><p><br></p>GEMTE MEET<p><br></p><strong>Region</strong><p><br></p>Middle East, Egypt, Turkey (MEET)<p><br></p><strong>Country</strong><p><br></p>Saudi Arabia
