Build a strategy and seamlessly execute a digital performance media plan for CeraVe and rest of the brands\’ launches in due time. Transform media spend to achieve spending with positive ROI whilst building awareness and engagement as well as growing our sell-out. Ensure ACD has the best-in-class campaigns across all online touchpoints with a focus on Data and analytics.

Key Job Accountabilities

Lower Funnel Media:
β€’ Build strategy for lower funnel media with Amazon for CeraVe and remaining brands to follow
β€’ Manage all performance Media with Amazon and UM: from placement to analysis of KPIs and results
β€’ Monthly reporting on Data, results, learnings, and trends
β€’ Run 360 Lower funnel media campaigns across all touchpoints: Digital Media/eCommerce, CRM, Social, programmatic/ Display, SEM, SEO, Google Shopping, Affiliates
β€’ Work on growing our Target Audiences, recruiting new consumers, and owning a higher online SOV
β€’ Implement our 1P data in brand campaigns and analyze performance month on month

Search:
β€’ Build and execute a strategy on Search for each ACD brand based on priorities & focuses
β€’ Monitor the Quality Scores and Impression Shares monthly
β€’ Analysis of results vs L\’OrΓ©al guidelines
Partners & Tools Management:
β€’ Manage our partners: CPRV, AcQuisit and UM on the day to day and be the bridge between brand teams, LOME & Partners
β€’ Handle Contacts: update tool with media plans & ensure health checks and monthly GRing
