<p>Currently looking out for a skilled and experienced <strong>Performance Marketing Manager </strong>to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in leveraging data to develop effective strategies, recommendations, and frameworks that enables us to achieve their business and communication objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities (Not limiting to):</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute performance driven marketing strategies for our B2C car rental business, with a primary focus on All paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Snap Chat, Tik tok etc)</li><li>Plan, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in driving conversions and ROI.</li><li>Develop media strategies based on thorough data analysis, consumer insights, market updates, identification of business challenges, competitive landscape analysis, media selection, cost-efficiency optimization, timing, and investment planning.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gain a competitive edge in the market.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams</li><li>Provide guidance to teams in establishing effective structures for monitoring, evaluating, and tracking the delivery of campaign key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Foster the growth of strategic thinking capabilities within the teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience<strong> (5+ years) in performance marketing management, with a focus on managing paid advertising channels in a B2C environment in the UAE.</strong></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree will be a plus.</li><li>Candidates should be currently residing in the UAE</li><li>Should have Advanced expertise in Google AdWords</li><li>Should have the familiarity with Snapchat advertising or prior experience in managing Snapchat ad campaigns</li><li>Proficiency in the Arabic language will be considered a valuable asset.</li><li>Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to draw actionable insights from performance metrics and use them to optimize campaigns.</li><li>Strong strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.</li><li>Excellent strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
