As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our consumer business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize marketing performance, leverage data-driven insights, and achieve measurable results. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the growth of our brand.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.</span></li><li><span>Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and other relevant channels.</span></li><li><span>Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.</span></li><li><span>Allocate marketing budgets effectively across various channels to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve business goals.</span></li><li><span>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new marketing technologies, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.</span></li><li><span>Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.</span></li><li><span>Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.</span></li><li><span>- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a consumer-focused tech start-up or a fast-paced environment.</span></li><li><span>- Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns that have driven user acquisition and revenue growth.</span></li><li><span>- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.</span></li><li><span>- Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing analytics platforms, to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.</span></li><li><span>- Experience in managing marketing budgets, optimizing ROI, and achieving measurable results.</span></li><li><span>- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.</span></li><li><span>- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives.</span></li><li><span>- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.</span></li><li><span>- Passion for technology, consumer businesses, and staying updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>If you’re interested in this opportunity please apply to: </strong><span>jobs@n-go.co</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
