We are hiring a performance marketing associate to join our team. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign success. Define target audiences and segments, crafting tailored marketing approaches for each.</li><li>Campaign Execution: Create, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Optimize campaign budgets and bids to achieve the highest possible ROI. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.</li><li>Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs regularly, using tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and ad management systems. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate regular performance reports for key stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.</li><li>Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the UX/UI team to optimize landing pages and website elements for improved conversion rates. Implement A/B testing and other CRO strategies to enhance campaign performance.</li><li>Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to channels and campaigns with the highest potential for success. Ensure efficient spending and maximize ROI within budget constraints.</li><li>Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize audience data and segmentation to deliver personalized and relevant marketing messages. Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to engage potential customers at various stages of the buying journey.</li></ul>
