<p>Job Description: Performance Lead</p><p><br></p><p>Company: Msyaaf Group </p><p><br></p><p>Position Overview: The Performance Lead is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing and managing the operational, financial, growth targets, communication, and business development activities of Msyaaf Group across various sectors. The Performance Lead will work independently or with a small team, effectively delegating duties to ensure the successful execution of strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive performance improvements across the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>1- Strategic Planning and Execution:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve operational, financial, and growth targets for the group of companies.</li><li>Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to define objectives, set targets, and align business goals.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure strategic objectives are met.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>2- Financial Management:</p><ul><li>Oversee the financial performance of the group of companies, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li><li>Identify areas for cost optimization, revenue generation, and profitability improvement.</li><li>Implement financial controls, review financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide recommendations to optimize capital allocation and investment decisions.</li></ul><p>3- Operational Efficiency:</p><ul><li>Streamline operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement best practices.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive efficiency improvements.</li><li>Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth business operations.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>4- Communication and Brand Management:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for the group of companies.</li><li>Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.</li><li>Manage internal and external communications, including PR, media relations, and employee communications.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers.</li><li>Monitor public perception and manage reputation through effective communication strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>5- Presentation Skills:</p><ul><li>Develop and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, clients, and investors.</li><li>Effectively communicate complex information and strategic plans in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Utilize visual aids, data visualization, and storytelling techniques to engage and captivate the audience.</li><li>Tailor presentations to suit different audiences and objectives, adapting the messaging and style accordingly.</li><li>Continuously refine presentation skills and stay updated on the latest techniques and trends in effective communication.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>6- Business Development:</p><ul><li>Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and diversify the group’s portfolio.</li><li>Conduct market assessments and feasibility studies for potential business ventures.</li><li>Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients, partners, and investors.</li><li>Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new avenues for growth.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>7- Team Management and Leadership:</p><ul><li>Manage a small team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.</li><li>Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring effective utilization of resources.</li><li>Set performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and provide regular feedback.</li><li>Promote a collaborative and high-performance work environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>8- Stakeholder Management:</p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including subsidiaries and associate companies.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.</li><li>Represent the group of companies in external meetings, conferences, and industry events.</li><li>Address stakeholder concerns, resolve conflicts, and negotiate contracts as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or communication.</li><li>Proven experience in managing the operational, financial, and growth targets of multiple companies.</li><li>Strong business acumen and understanding of diverse sectors and industries.</li><li>Excellent analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a team effectively.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.</li><li>Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a track record of
