<strong>Performance Engineer – Asset Management – Tunisian National</strong><p><br></p>We are looking for a <strong>Performance Engineer</strong> for a power plant to be based in <strong>Saudi Arabia</strong>.<p><br></p><strong>Job Description:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong Experience in power generation sector.</li><li>Knowledge of principles of Asset Management.</li><li>Lead global and regional benchmarking analysis as necessary to identify improvement opportunities and share experiences.</li><li>Both “big-picture” thinking and strong detail-level conceptual / analytical problem-solving skills.</li><li>Contributes to the organizational strategic plan.</li><li>Flagging down any potential performance issues</li><li>Designing effective tests to check system performance and stability.</li><li>finding the root cause of performance issues and suggesting solutions while also overseeing the system performance lifecycle and identifying key metrics for improvement</li><li>provide technical assistance and advice to ensure system performance aligned with Business goals and plans.</li><li>Strong knowledge of maintaining and improve the business KPIs.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering.</li><li>At least 15-20 years’ experience in similar role.</li><li>Good English communication skills.</li><li>This position is offered to Tunisian National</li><li>Power Plants and/or Utilities Industry experience is a MUST.<br></li></ul>
