<strong>About This Opportunity</strong><p><br></p>We are actively looking for Service Performance engineer who will be responsible to drive network performance and ensure Network KPI’s are maintained and improved with technical understanding/background in the Mobile network (RAN, 3G, 4G) in multi- vendor network.<p><br></p><strong>What You Will Do</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Handling the reporting and monitoring of KPI’s and providing insight with agreed SLA</li><li>Predicting and preventing negative impacts on the network</li><li>Identify issues and explore opportunities for network performance optimization.</li><li>Follow-up performance Ticketing with other domain stockholders</li><li>Collect &amp; review relevant input on key performance vs. targets</li><li>Consolidate &amp; analyze input KPIs to set target state, identify gaps &amp; potential improvement</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>You will bring </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Thorough understanding of the 2G/3G/4G system architecture</li><li>Experience in an Operational Mobile RAN environment</li><li>Understanding of key performance indicators and measures used to assess service quality within the 2G/3G/4G network systems</li><li>Microsoft office experience </li><li>Pivot and graphing skills </li><li>Team worker</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Why join Ericsson?</strong><p><br></p>At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
