About The Role

Hi all! We are looking for a people success specialist to join our People & Culture team, with a focus on the onboarding process, to help new employees adjust well to our work environment. As a People Success Specialist, you will be responsible to communicate company and position details to new hires before their start date, gathering the necessary paperwork and scheduling first days. Ultimately, you will organize and facilitate our company’s onboarding procedures for new hires.

Main tasks and responsibilities 💡

  • Own our onboarding experiences and processes while striving to constantly improve them
  • Lead onboarding sessions to provide the most engaging and enjoyable welcome to our new joiners
  • Be responsible for providing and preparing new hires with well prepared onboarding kits dependent on role and department before their first day
  • Gather and file new hire paperwork including contracts and non-disclosure agreements
  • Follow up with new hires to gather feedback and work on any improvements to their first weeks and months
  • Organise technology and permissions ready for their first day
  • Be the first point of contact for new employees and be able to address any issues or queries in a timely and friendly manner
  • Manage the addition in Medical Insurance and new employee accounts creation
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor law regulations
