- Develop and implement people strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s goals and promote a positive work culture
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Lead and oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and offboarding processes
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and foster an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and included
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee productivity, and overall employee experience
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in HR and implement innovative approaches to attract, retain, and develop top talent
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proven track record of implementing successful employee engagement and retention strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex HR concepts to diverse audiences effectively
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and champion a positive work culture
