People Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining company policies and procedures, through applying market leading HR practices including talent management, people operations, culture, comms and wellness, and maintaining a sufficient knowledge base for the concerned stakeholders. They will be dealing with numerous high-end technologies, interactions, and engagements with technical and business staff across departments alongside external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures periodically.
- Partake in planning and executing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Track and further enable the staff’s career development objectives and practices.
- Maintain and periodically enhance the company’s performance management procedures and tools.
- Monitor and continuously grow the company’s incentive mechanisms and offerings.
- Provide support to company staff with recurring and ad-hoc requests, processes, and queries.
- Maintain and continuously improve practices, tools and incentives that enhances staff’s wellbeing and company’s physical and digital work environment.
- Maintain, update and backup all HRM data sources of employee records and documents consistently.
- Track OKRs and present periodic HR reports as required by management.
- Liaison with relevant partners and stakeholders that aid in achieving unit objectives.
- Stay up to date on HR domain knowledge and best market practices.
- Suggest tools and resources that may increase the efficiency of the unit’s outputs.
Requirements
Preferred Certifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- The CIPD Diploma Level 3.

- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Full proficiency in government portals relevant to HR functions.
- Experienced in HRM systems (preferably Zoho People).
- Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with HR practices in IT sector.
