Job Description
The People & Culture Intern North Africa (NA) will work closely with the NA People & Culture team on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Wellbeing projects within the JTI NA Cluster markets (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Mauritania).
She/he will also collaborate in other projects within the Human Resources area, such as HR Projects, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Internal Communications, and much more!

What you will do:

– Talent Acquisition: Support the P&C team and the Line managers in recruitment activities, including support for: job
postings,Β screening, interviewing, feedback, as well as supporting onboarding activities.
– Employer Branding: Support in the launch, communication and follow up of Employer Branding projects and initiatives.
Identify and drive opportunities to attract talent and advertise JTI as a Top Employer.
– Wellbeing: Support in the coordination and organization of all the wellbeing activities, including internal communications,
events, etc.
– Learning & Development: Collaborate in the definition and implementation of the training and development actions within the
North Africa cluster.
– Collaborate inΒ other Human Resources projects, such as Diversity and Inclusion and Internal Communications.
– Provide support in all the P&C Administrative tasks and reports.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, curious and organized intern. The candidate must demonstrate great project
management skills, have a positive mindset, she/he will be expected to come up with bright and innovative ideas but also
follow process that are already in place.
Education: Bachelor or Master graduate or young professions searching to boost his or her career in a multinational
environment.
Languages: Fluent in French, English & Arabic both written & spoken.
