Job Description :

– Pega certified DCO architect desirable.

– Responsible for leading the business in process improvement efforts while gathering requirements for new and existing processes

– Lead business workshops around software products and processes

– Works closely with Product Owner and Stakeholders to gather user stories and translate into business requirements

– Ensures that user stories contain acceptance criteria for all activities as well as defined test scenarios for both positive and negative results

– Facilitate DCO sessions/discovery sessions along with LSA CSSA

– Coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders to facilitate backlog reviews

– Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to user stories

– Collaborate with Pega team and business to ensure solutions are aligned with business and system requirements

– Acts as the liaison between Business and Technology teams and have ability to translate between technical and non-technical team members

– Communicates technical concepts problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

– Develops documentation related to project activities including requirements, process flows, business rules, tests cases and training materials

– Leads and facilitates system elaboration sessions to ensure system design is aligned with business goals and product features

– Supports continuous improvement of requirements-gathering approaches and Scrum team practices

– Ensures that the documented user stories adequately represent the needs of the business and meet all requirements

– Proactively identifies and mitigates risk to projects

– Participate in all Scrum ceremonies including leading Sprint reviews and playbacks

– Work closely with organization to provide estimates for new project initiatives

Skills

– 10 years of BA experience with 4+ years in Pega BA role suitable for Manager profile.

– Excellent organization and time management skills

– Very strong problem-solving skills

– Ability to perform in a challenging but collaborative work environment with individuals from across the organization

– Ability to integrate multiple concepts across job functions with goal of overall benefit to the organization

– Ability to communicate develop and leverage strategic business relationships across the organization and externally self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment

– Experience with no code configuration rules platforms a plus

– Knowledge of Pega software frameworks and functional design is a plus

– Understanding of process model of big financial institution is a plus

– Strong listening skills as well as oral and written communication skills

– Solid analytical business improvement process modelling and user design experience

– A wide degree of creativity and initiative is expected

– Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
