β Pega certified DCO architect desirable.
β Responsible for leading the business in process improvement efforts while gathering requirements for new and existing processes
β Lead business workshops around software products and processes
β Works closely with Product Owner and Stakeholders to gather user stories and translate into business requirements
β Ensures that user stories contain acceptance criteria for all activities as well as defined test scenarios for both positive and negative results
β Facilitate DCO sessions/discovery sessions along with LSA CSSA
β Coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders to facilitate backlog reviews
β Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to user stories
β Collaborate with Pega team and business to ensure solutions are aligned with business and system requirements
β Acts as the liaison between Business and Technology teams and have ability to translate between technical and non-technical team members
β Communicates technical concepts problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
β Develops documentation related to project activities including requirements, process flows, business rules, tests cases and training materials
β Leads and facilitates system elaboration sessions to ensure system design is aligned with business goals and product features
β Supports continuous improvement of requirements-gathering approaches and Scrum team practices
β Ensures that the documented user stories adequately represent the needs of the business and meet all requirements
β Proactively identifies and mitigates risk to projects
β Participate in all Scrum ceremonies including leading Sprint reviews and playbacks
β Work closely with organization to provide estimates for new project initiatives
Skills
β 10 years of BA experience with 4+ years in Pega BA role suitable for Manager profile.
β Excellent organization and time management skills
β Very strong problem-solving skills
β Ability to perform in a challenging but collaborative work environment with individuals from across the organization
β Ability to integrate multiple concepts across job functions with goal of overall benefit to the organization
β Ability to communicate develop and leverage strategic business relationships across the organization and externally self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment
β Experience with no code configuration rules platforms a plus
β Knowledge of Pega software frameworks and functional design is a plus
β Understanding of process model of big financial institution is a plus
β Strong listening skills as well as oral and written communication skills
β Solid analytical business improvement process modelling and user design experience
β A wide degree of creativity and initiative is expected
β Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
