Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating bank accounts for the newly joined employees
  • Performs daily operations
  • Respond to employee’s inquiries & requests regarding ATM issues or concerns &Handle employee complaints
  • Ensure receiving and delivering the ATM cards.
  • Responsible for handling any bank issues
  • Prepare suspension list and deliver the new bank accounts to employees.
  • Ensure that all resigned employees’ benefits are deactivated daily.
  • Assist in monthly payroll & pay slips issues
  • Maintain and document all payroll records
  • Create a daily report for the ATM delivery status.
  • Create a monthly report after inventory for ATM status.
  • Visit Majorel sites to deliver the ATM to the employees.
  • Perform manual check and relocation metrics
  • Preparing and calculating the final settlement of resigned employees..
  • Respect and apply company vision, mission, and values.
  • Coordinates with all internal functions within various departments to ensure the completion of Payroll processes.
  • Make sure that all the processes meet COPC Standards and requirements.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • No experience in Payroll or relevant needed.
  • Level of English: Good Level.
  • Payroll background
  • Labor law background .
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • numerical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication and organization.
  • Follow-up Skills & attention to detail.
  • flexibility and time management
  • Self-Motivated and Able to work under pressure.
  • Graduate.
