Job Summary

Our client in the Banking and Financial services is looking for Payroll & Personnel Specialist.

 

Job Description:

 

– Handle End to end Payroll. Responsible for correct and timely administration of the monthly payroll processes and systems.

–  Collecting payroll relevant documents, new joiner forms, salary letters, etc. to ensure that the    appropriate data is available during the payroll cycle and run the payroll.

–  Support all administrative HR responsibilities

–  Ensure that the employee details are updated.
–  Prepare monthly payroll reports and other financial statements, as needed.
–  Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
–  Manage the preparation of employee tax documents.

– Participate in payroll system upgrades and implementations

 

Job Requirements:

 

– Experience form 3-5 years in the same role.

– Excellent communication and people skills.

– Advanced in using MS office especially Excel.
