Examples of some of the responsibilities you will be required to do are the following:

  • Input patient details for registration/admission in the electronic record system
  • Verify insurance benefits and explain financial requirements to the patient
  • Conduct phone calls regarding appointment times, billing issues, appointment cancellations and all related kinds of concerns
  • Provide patients with standard information regarding their personal preparation for scheduled procedures

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service is preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Skills

  • The ability to communicate in both English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and resolve issues
  • A quick learner who is eager to absorb knowledge
