Here’s your opportunity to join a dynamic team at Classic Fine Foods UAE.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Pastry Manager</strong> to join in our Team1</p><p><br></p><p>Are you the right person?</p><p><br></p><p>This is what we are looking for.</p><p><br></p><p><em>About the Job:</em></p><ul><li><span>Responsible and accountable for his category in respect of the assortment, turnover, growth profit, stock level and write off.</span></li><li>Responsible for a portfolio of existing customers, driving sales growth towards the company objective. He is also responsible for new business development.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Key accountabilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Manages a portfolio of customers. Conducts required daily sales visits and ensures achievement of required sales and profit margin targets.</li><li>&nbsp;Identifies sales opportunities (new account or new product) by using market knowledge.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Uses marketing tools to promote and drive the category sales through digital tools</li><li>Ensure sufficient stock for the run of daily operation and control the stock level to limit aging.</li><li>Activate sales for slow moving items, takes strategic decision when discontinuing products or brands with management’s approval.</li><li>&nbsp;Focuses on key account retention and growth by ensuring proper contact to develop and provide custom made solutions that adds value and solidifies the partnership.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>and possess;</em></p><ul><li>Problem solving skills</li><li>Friendly and positive attitude</li><li>Time management</li><li>Fluency in English, verbal and written</li><li>Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize</li><li>Ability to deal with confidential issues discreetly and sensitively with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office.</li><li><span>Candidate MUST have experience in </span><em>Fine Dining, Restaurants and knowledge in Seafood/Dairy/Meat/F&amp;V</em></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
