<p><strong>Position Overview </strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Parts Manager is responsible for achieving the targets, specified by the Aftersales Management for turnover and revenue form spare parts and accessories. He or she works to achieve the greatest possible exploration of parts potential in the dealerships. He or she must also ensure a high level of capacity for economical delivery. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Parts managers are responsible for running the parts department in Union Motors standards, ensuring the implemented standards are been maintain with the highest quality and being applied at all time and provide best customer service to service centers, dealers, fleet and bulk sale customers</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Specifying targets for certain business sectors, Planning of turnover and profit for the parts and accessories.</li><li>Sell Parts and accessories to the Public at retail counters.</li><li>Responsible to identify prospects, set prices, negotiate discounts, and run promotions to build sales.</li><li>Manage a sales team, develop skills and product knowledge, motivate the executives, and set compensation packages that deliver results.</li><li>Informing Aftersales Management about monthly turnover / revenue trends.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirement </strong></p><p><strong><span class=”ql-cursor”></span></strong></p><ul><li>University Graduate in Automobile</li><li>7 years relevant experience in the Automotive Parts Industry</li><li>Leadership abilities, a self-starter, relationship management.</li></ul><p><br></p>
