Love That Design is looking for a talented Partnerships Specialist (Sales) to join our team and help us create and sell corporate events. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners and building relationships with them to create and sell unique event experiences for our clients. The role will also work closely with our sales team to drive revenue and ensure the success of each event.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing B2B prospects from various sources, doing online research, and getting on calls with prospects.
  • Identify and research potential partners for events
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, including negotiating terms and contracts
  • Work with partners to create unique and engaging event experiences for our clients
  • Develop and manage budgets for each event, ensuring profitability
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue and meet sales goals
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, presentation, and templates.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven 4+ years of experience in Partnerships, Sales, or Event Planning.
  • Excellent communication in English- written and verbal.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
  • Able to generate his/her own leads.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well Spoken and dynamic personality.
  • Go-getter attitude.
  • UAE Driving License required.
