<p><strong>Job Description: </strong></p><p><span>· </span><span>Work with our partners and internal teams (EYouth for Development, Education Department, and Sales) to work on tailored projects and initiatives aimed at driving revenue and new partnerships within the ecosystem.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Develop, monitor, and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles (such as Ministries, NGOs, and International Organizations) in the MENA, along with practices to continuously improve results.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Establish clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and update and maintain accurate records of partner performance metrics and funnel management.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goals.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Coordinate the activities of the Partnership and assist the manager in coordinating activities of governmental organizations, private sector business interests, non-profit and educational institutions, and other partnerships.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Oversee co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Be accountable for sourced and influenced revenue, partner success KPIs, partner retention, and adoption of integrated solutions.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Handle all new events, summits, and job fairs’ internal and external communication.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Take ownership of building a comprehensive partnership function, including hiring a team and clearly communicating the value to other departments and leadership.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Research and conduct an analysis of the market to identify collaboration opportunities.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Implement new and existing policies and procedures that proactively foster an environment of continuous growth.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Identify potential challenges that impact performance, provide alternative solutions to mitigate risk, and share feedback with other business leaders.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Continually research and identify new potential partners/content creators and opportunities to enhance existing relationships.</span></p><p><span>· </span><span>Track and maintain accurate records of partners/content creators’ records and contracts, and ensure timely execution of quality.</span></p><p>· <span>Provide a high-quality outreach approach; maintain positive, professional, and engaged relationships with partners and content creators.<span class=”ql-cursor”></span></span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· <span>At least 1 year of experience in partnerships or business development.</span></p><p><span>· Bachelor’s degree in any related field. </span></p><p><span>· Excellent user of Microsoft office, Linkedin and other outreach tools.</span></p><p><span>· Excellent English & Arabic Languages.</span></p><p><span>· Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and </span><span>Presentation skills </span></p><p><span>· Very good Strategic thinking and Attention to details skills</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p>If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team, please submit your resume to (careers@eyouthegypt.com) & mention the job title in the subject</p><p>We look forward to hearing from you!</p><p> </p>
