We want to be the best travel company not just in the world, but for the world.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity: </strong> </p><p>As a Partnerships Executive, your role is crucial in driving our local sales and establishing exciting collaborations within the industry. You’ll create efficient processes, train agents, manage our portfolio of destination offerings, and provide support to the product team. Building strong connections is a key part of your success, as you engage with various external stakeholders such as hotels, Riads, agents and managers, as well as internal teams including marketing, sales, customer service, tech, and regional partnerships. </p><p><br></p><p>This is a full-time permanent position, operating out of our office in Marrakech, Morocco. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>A bit about you: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Min 3 years’ experience within the tourism industry in Morocco and 2 years’ experience in a similar role. </li><li>Proven experience in partner portfolio </li><li>Personal or professional experience in Intrepid’s destinations. </li><li>Advanced communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport, listen well and alter communication style to suit the audience. </li><li>Confident in using and adapting to systems. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>You will possess strong time management skills and the proven ability to deliver on objectives within a given timeframe. You’ll have the ability to work both autonomously and also be able to have a collaborative approach to completing tasks.
