<p>We are seeking a Partnership & Affiliate Manager, for an exciting new role joining the Nutrition Kitchen Growth Team.</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Partnership & Affiliate Manager’s focus will be for driving growth, profitability and ROI across Affiliate and Partnership channels for Nutrition Kitchen UAE.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder and can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow and innovate.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>You will…</strong></p><ul><li>Grow customer Affiliate and Partnership conversions and ROI by:</li><li>Identifying and recruiting high value Affiliate publishers and partners and effectively negotiating exposure, commission and discount structures with partners</li><li>Optimising existing partner performance by identifying and executing multiple initiatives (e.g., high exposure placements, commission structure, discount and creative strategy; landing page optimisation)</li><li>Nurture and strengthen relationships with high value partners and brands, being the main point of contact and having end to end accountability for recruitment and performance</li><li>Owning the relationship with Affiliate agency, keeping them accountable to KPIs, whilst fostering a strong and collaborative working relationship</li><li>With the Head of Growth conduct thorough data and performance analysis to surface and problem solve any key challenges and opportunities for growth</li><li>Receive Basic Salary plus Commission (achievable to USD5,500 in total)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You have…</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in the Sales or Partnership and Affiliate industry</li><li>A solid understand of the UAE market, local consumer insights and trends, as well as local retail and brands</li><li>Bachelor degree or above</li><li>Data-driven approach to decision making and a logical way of working</li><li>A strong understanding and use of Google sheets/excel functions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You are…</strong></p><ul><li>An excellent communicator and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as forming relationships with members of remote teams</li><li>An ambitious hustler who is proactive and motivated, able to make quick but informed decisions, as well as have a continuous improvement mindset to make the channel more efficient and effective</li><li>A strong problem solver, who is able to understand complex business problems with the ability to also simplify these to be understood by various stakeholders</li><li>Organised and methodical at planning, executing and reporting on campaigns, using tools, trackers and dashboards</li><li>A strong team player who values being in a team and contributes to a positive team culture.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>More about us</strong></p><p><br></p><p>At Nutrition Kitchen our mission is to make healthy eating accessible, sustainable, and exciting!
