<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p>The Marketing team is responsible for managing Cartlow’s relationships with brands like Tabby, Spotti, ENBD, Liv. and more. We are looking for a Partnership Coordinator to support the team in delivering our ambitious plans for 2023. Your duties will include:<p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li> Support the Strategic Partnerships team in managing Cartlow’s profile, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders as needed. </li><li> Work with global stakeholders across Brand, Product, CRM and Product Marketing to deliver marketing campaigns and improve the overall experience for Cartlow’s partners. </li><li> Work with Legal, Finance and Accounting global teams to ensure invoicing obligations are fulfilled. </li><li> Help the whole commercial division on transversal topics. </li><li> Document channel marketing activities, identify best practices from all markets &amp; create scalable concepts. </li><li> Ensure the Cartlow brand guidelines are upheld across all partner activities. </li><li> Monitor and analyze commercial and engagement KPIs, develop and optimize performance review processes. </li><li> Monitor and benchmark competitors’ channel marketing activities across strategic verticals. </li><li> Analyze data and track performance indicators of your own work. </li><li> Aiding with overall coordination of the strategic partnerships team internally. </li></ul><p><br></p>Requirements<p><br></p><ul><li> You have a Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or other relevant degrees / You are pursuing a Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or other relevant degrees. </li><li> You have strong time-management skills and are able to juggle and priorities requests from a team of account managers. </li><li> You have excellent communication skills in English, additional language is a plus. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with multiple stakeholders. </li><li> Detail oriented and well-organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines. </li><li> You are able to work autonomously and balance short- and long-term projects simultaneously. </li><li> You are excited to work within a start-up environment </li><li> Excellent communication skills and strong follow-up.</li></ul>
