The company creates value for its customers and partners by providing direct, instant payments in an industry heavily reliant on cash and cheque to conduct day-to-day business.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p> </p><p>· We are seeking an experienced Partnerships and Sales Manager to join our growing team.</p><p>· We seek an individual with a strong pro-active drive to build and manage relationships with brands, merchants operating in mobility sector along with banks and Financial Institutions. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>· Identify potential Banking and NBFC partners based on business need</p><p>· Identify potential brands and merchant partnerships in mobility sector</p><p>· Identify and onboard potential B2B clients in Mobility sector.</p><p>· Establish and maintain c-level contacts at partner relationships</p><p>· Develop new business opportunities with existing partners.</p><p>· Drive partner channel strategies that will deliver go-to-market activities with high-potential revenue-generating alliances and relationship programs</p><p>· Develop strategies and engage to ensure relationship retention and expansion with partners.</p><p>· Document, communicate and execute Account Plans for the partners.</p><p>· Negotiate terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship.</p><p>· Lead cross-functional account operations and project management activities, internally and externally</p><p>· Work in a team environment and work closely with the product, Operation, and client success teams to communicate necessary information regarding client relationships.</p><p>· Communicate to company leadership on pipeline and potential closed business</p><p>· Represent MOXEY in Banking and Financial market events.</p><p>· Work with other account management and sales professionals to form a highly effective team. </p><p>· Nurture and continue to develop relationships with Banks and Finance industry partners</p><p>· Manage and coordinate strategic partner relationships to include contractual relationships, client and pipeline management, front-line partner staff education, joint sales, and marketing coordination</p><p>· Work closely with the product and strategy team to create proposals, pitch decks and other required documents to initiate, engage and close partnership deals</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Desired Education:</strong></p><p>· Bachelor or master’s in business, finance, audit, economics, or related concentration from a reputed (Tier-1) educational organization. </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Desired Language:</strong></p><p>· English, </p><p>· Arabic </p><p> </p><p><strong>Desired Experience:</strong></p><p>· Big 4 Experience is an advantage</p><p>· Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Banking/ Financial / Wealth Management /FinTech Sales/support with strong relationships within the bank and wealth or financial management channels</p><p>· Must have strong exposure or selling experience in Finance Industry (Banking and Non-Banking) -UAE region</p><p>· 4+ years in corporate partnerships.</p><p>· Experience/ Knowledge in Supply chain finance will be a plus</p><p>· Proven history of setting goals and objectives and delivering results</p><p>· Enthusiastic relationship developer with a willingness to travel</p><p>· Client and team-oriented attitude</p><p>· Detail oriented with excellent execution in structured and unstructured settings</p><p>· Goal oriented (individual and team) with excellent customer service skills</p><p> </p><p><strong>Who can apply: </strong></p><p>· <strong>Gender</strong>: Male/ Female </p><p>· <strong>Nationality</strong>: Any (Arabic Speaking Preferred)</p><p>· <strong>Driving License: </strong>Valid UAE Driving License preferred </p><p>· <strong>Availability: </strong>Ready to Join Immediate </p><p>· <strong>Visa Status:</strong> Any</p><p> </p><p><strong>Offered Benefits:</strong></p><p>· Employment Visa with Insurance</p><p>· Yearly leave with go and from (2 way) air tickets (Economy Class) to nearest International Homeport </p><p>5 Day week</p>
