If you are passionate and driven, you will fit right in. </strong><p><br></p><strong><strong>About The Role:</strong></strong><p><br></p>As a <strong>Partners Relationships Sr. Executive</strong>, you will be responsible to establish and foster strong partnerships with merchants for our client loyalty programs. Your crucial role will involve building a robust network of merchants by handling and responding to partnership requests. Your expertise in identifying high-value merchants and implementing strategies to increase revenue will be vital in guiding our commercial units.<p><br></p>Collaborating with the Partnerships team will be a key aspect of your role. You will closely cooperate with them to ensure the timely delivery of merchant deals that align with our client’s needs. Furthermore, you will liaise with our Legal department to review and modify merchant contracts, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements and remain compliant.<p><br></p><strong><u><strong>Key Duties & Responsibilities</strong>:</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with partners for future business opportunities and attract them to become future clients.</li><li>Enable Dsquares Partnerships Managers to maximize income by developing new business opportunities with existing and new partners.</li><li>Analyze partners’ overall performance and generate analysis reports.</li><li>Act as a focal point between the partnerships team and other departments involved in resolving partner issues.</li><li>Communicate all business needs effectively through emails or other suitable channels with other departments to ensure successful processes and overall satisfaction.</li><li>Receive requests and establish a strong network of merchants for client loyalty programs.</li><li>Advise commercial units on high-value merchants and strategies to increase revenue.</li><li>Coordinate with the Partnerships team to deliver merchant deals promptly.</li><li>Review and update merchant contracts with the Legal department.</li><li>Prepare tailored communication materials and provide support to the Partnerships team.</li><li>Monitor and enhance merchant performance in ongoing projects.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews, track payments, and focus on revenue growth.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Required Skills &Abilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.</li><li>Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office applications are required.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u><strong>Education & <u>Experience</u><u>:<p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Marketing, or indoor sales.</li><li>Graduates from any related discipline are welcome to apply.</li><li>Preferred backgrounds include Telecom, FMCG, and Banking.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong>:<p><br></p><ul><li>Private Medical Insurance & life cover.</li><li>Transportation & Mobile Allowance Benefits.</li><li>Annual profit share.</li><li>Hybrid working environment.</li><li>Inclusive working environment with enhanced maternity and paternity benefits.</li><li>Work and organizational culture which values learning.</li><li>Regular perks such as company social, wellbeing & CSR events.</li><li>Your Birthday Off.</li><li>Extra day of leave for every year of completion.</li></ul></u></strong></u></strong>
