Contribute to Onboarding process of new Medium Voltage partners along with detailed training .<p><br></p> Support and ensure the right MV partners selection , Get involved in the initial selection of the partners.<p><br></p> Provide Technical support for Medium Voltage channel partners which includes on boarding, product & technology transfer training,<p><br></p>audit & certification of their organization & the industrialization setup.<p><br></p> Supporting partner business growth through partner performance audit in marketing, quotation & project management, supply chain & warehouse management, industrial processes, quality control, & customer<p><br></p>satisfaction.<p><br></p> Lead and Build programs for localization of Medium Voltage Equipment , lean manufacturing, designing upskilling training & improving competitiveness by collaborating with global teams.<p><br></p> Deployed E2E digital log processes which include QR code providing access to different documentation<p><br></p>according to User access, also enabling Schneider to better serve customers through different services offers<p><br></p>embedded within the QR.<p><br></p> Working extensively with supply chain for maintaining end to end tracking of material delivery for orders of<p><br></p>mass production and extrapolating the right time for manufacturing and delivery to the end user.<p><br></p> Close collaboration with advance support teams on helping partner answer technical queries.<p><br></p> Train partners to use Schneider product configuration tool, to extract the technical bid and BOM (Bill of<p><br></p>Materials) for ordering components for manufacturing.<p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p> Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering<p><br></p> Not Less than 7 Years of Experience in Medium Voltage Equipment including Design , Operation , Testing and Commissioning<p><br></p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Full-time<p><br></p><strong>Req: </strong>008K9G
