<p>The Partner Onboarding Specialist is responsible for attracting and onboarding new restaurants and catering service providers to our platform. This includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, cold calling potential partners, and providing support during the registration process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the restaurant and catering industry, as well as experience in B2B sales and marketing.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new restaurants and catering service providers to the platform.</li><li>Cold call potential partners and build relationships.</li><li>Provide support during the registration process, including helping restaurants add their menus and services.</li><li>Build relationships with our restaurant partners, help them through the onboarding process, and ensure long-term operations success by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates.</li><li>Be in the middle of it all – help move roadblocks, and remove bottlenecks throughout the onboarding funnel in order to drive onboarding velocity.</li><li>Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Maintain a database of restaurant and catering service providers.</li><li>Work with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in catering sales and marketing.</li><li>Strong understanding of the restaurant and catering industry.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience in sales, account management, or customer support is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM.</li></ul><p><br></p>
