Based on an innovative set of technology and performance solutions, seasoned vertical teams, and extensive market know-how, it enables advertisers to connect with their audiences in the most efficient and effective ways, consistently maximizing their ROIs.<p><br></p>We are looking for a passionate <strong>Partner Director </strong>who can drive our client’s growth in Iraq<strong>.</strong><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Requirements</strong> <ul><li>Strategy</li><ul><li>Develop Strategy, tactics, and sales plan for the partnership</li><li>Create an innovative strategy to evangelize and grow the market through the sales team</li></ul><li>Education</li><ul><li>Build and educate teams in various locations</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge</li></ul><li>Partnership</li><ul><li>Manage relationships with partners</li><li>Resolve client issues in an efficient manner, and support the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems</li></ul><li>Sales Rigor</li><ul><li>Responsible for the day-to-day administration and long-term financial health of the business unit</li><li>Manage sales routine on a daily basis</li><li>Identify and report on business opportunities and strategic alliances in target markets</li></ul></ul><p><br></p><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Experience with sales and commercial leadership</li><li>Experience in digital, media, product, and/or a similar industry</li><li>10+ years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, with a proven track record of success in sales or business development</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and autonomy</li><li>Have previous experience implementing successful pipeline and sales strategies</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities</li><li>Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English</li><li>Business proficiency in any other European language is a plus</li><li>Leadership experience</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Work in a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry of an international company with multi-cultural teams.</li><li>Work with innovative tech solutions</li><li>Manage the most prestigious agencies and brands</li></ul>
