Through these long-lasting partnerships, Aleph creates the opportunity for all people and businesses to advertise at a local and global level without limits.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><u>Strategy</u><p><br></p>○ Develop Strategy, tactics, sales plan for the respective partnership.<p><br></p>○ Create an innovative strategy to evangelize and grow the market through the sales team.<p><br></p><u>Education</u><p><br></p>○ Build and educate teams in various locations.<p><br></p>○ Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge.<p><br></p><u> Partnership</u><p><br></p>○ Manage relationship with our partner.<p><br></p>○ Resolve client issues in an efficient manner, support the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems.<p><br></p><u>Sales Rigor</u><p><br></p>○ Responsible for the day-to-day administration and long term financial health of the business unit.<p><br></p>○ Manage sales routine on a daily basis.<p><br></p>○ Identify and report on business opportunities and strategic alliances in target markets.<p><br></p><strong>Skills And Experience Required</strong><p><br></p>○ Minimum of 10 – 15 years experience in online ad sales and digital environment.<p><br></p>○ Bachelor’s degree, a Master´s Degree will be a plus.<p><br></p>○ Fluent in both English and French.<p><br></p>○ Online/ Digital environment knowledge is a must.<p><br></p>○ Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with people and different departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<p><br></p>○ Strong leadership skills conducting important salesforce teams, finance area, and support areas.<p><br></p>○ In-depth knowledge of the digital and mobile advertising environment.<p><br></p>○ Understanding the decision-making process of an advertiser, talk their language, partnering with them, and bringing customized solutions to drive the best results to target companies.<p><br></p>○ Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond.<p><br></p>○ Excellent sales and negotiation skills<p><br></p>○ Exceptional presentation skills.<p><br></p>○ Excellent communication skills.<p><br></p>○ Initiative drive and enthusiasm.<p><br></p>○ Good planning and organizational skills.<p><br></p>○ Ability to work focused under pressure.<p><br></p>○ Excellent project management and time management skills.<p><br></p><strong>Aleph</strong> is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
