Part time Beauty Advisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined a part time Beauty Advisor responsible for suggesting products that meet clients needs, and informing customers about product details, such as ingredients, application methods, and the right products for them as well as pricing and promotions. Our products are Japan’s No.1 Skin care brand.

This role is for the weekend, Saturdays and Sundays only. Interested candidates may apply. No experience required. Must have own visa. It’s for people who want to make additional weekend income. Pay will be based on the candidate’s overall experience/attitude

Core Duties

• Provides demonstrations, advises customers on how to apply the skincare care range depending on their age and skin type.
• Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions, and sun care products)
• Identify customer needs and recommend skin care products based on their preferences
• Assists clients find products they’re looking for in the store while simultaneously offering alternative or related products
• Extend extensive beauty product knowledge to customers
• Meet and maximize sales targets and established goals

Store and Staff Support Coordination

• Supports the Store Manager in daily operations like staff training, merchandising, stock reordering, etc.
• Assists in managing the store, stocking, shelving, pricing, and making sure products are effectively and attractively displayed to sell esp. for seasonal and promotional beauty/skincare products
• Recommends stock selection and quantity to be ordered. Identifies products that enhance customers’ current purchase
• Recommends training activities to update new trends and reports to the Store Manager & the Brand Manager.
• Assists in marketing events/activations such as promotions, shows, media events, etc
• Prepare reports on returned and/or damaged beauty products

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience/Passion in beauty and skincare is an added advantage.
• Students above 18+ years are welcome.
• Fluent in English. Arabic will be an advantageous.
• Professional knowledge of the science of skincare is required.
• Should be passionate about skincare, and knowledge about brands is required.
• Beauty Advisor should be extremely innovative, creative, and proactive.
• Must be well groomed with hair in place and make-up skillfully applied.
