Deliver quality patient care in accordance with DCAS Clinical Practice Guidelines as per scope of practice paramedic level.1.Take the decisions for treating and referring the patient.2.Performs all duties in a safe, confidential, and professional manner, always considering the well-being of the patient. Follow detailed and define rules/ instructions to make simple decisions related to patients care.3.Mentors, trains, and encourages fellow new staff, EMT level and new paramedic as needed.4.Maintain competency in all skills and medications identified in the DCAS Paramedic Skills and medication matrix.5.Take lead of patient management in absence of higher skilled staff.6.Drive ambulance vehicles in accordance with DCAS Policy and Procedures including pre-shift vehicle check.7.Exchange ideas and information effectively.8.Perform Standby Duties as assigned (e.g., Festivals, sports, and cultural events).9.Lead to complete accurate electronic patient care report.10.Review the Medical Equipment and medication checklist as per the quantity and
- Bachelor’s degree in EMS or bachelor’s degree in nursing with Internationally / Nationally recognized Paramedic bridging program or equivalent.
- BLS, ACLS & PALS Certificate, & a Trauma Certificate (PHTLS or ITLS).
- Valid UAE Driver’s license and EVO (Emergency Vehicle Operator) license.
