Reliance HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced and motivated Palm Supervisor for one of our client  to join the team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the activities of the palm workers and ensuring that all operations are carried out in an efficient and safe manner.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the activities of the palm workers and ensure that all operations are carried out in an efficient and safe manner.

• Monitor and manage the production process to ensure that the highest quality standards are met.

• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

• Train and develop palm workers to ensure that they are capable of performing their duties in a safe and efficient manner.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the palm workers and provide feedback to them.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.

• Maintain and update records of production and other related activities.

• Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to and that the working environment is kept clean and tidy.

• Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all operations are running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of safety regulations.

• Ability to motivate and lead a team.

• Ability to problem solve and make decisions.

Salary AED 3500 + Food + accommodation + trans +other benefits as per UAE law
