We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Search Specialist to join our fast-paced ad agency and take charge of running Meta and Google Ads for our clients. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our client’s paid advertising campaigns. If you have a proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns and are adept at handling multiple accounts with varying budgets, we would love to hear from you!<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Paid Search Campaign Management:<br><ul><li>Develop and implement effective paid search strategies to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI. </li><li>Manage Meta and Google Ads accounts for 15 clients, each with a monthly budget of 30 to 40k. </li><li>Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact and relevant keywords for each client’s target audience. </li><li>Continuously optimize and refine keyword lists based on performance and industry trends. </li><li>Write compelling ad copy that aligns with the client’s goals and drives click-through rates and conversions. </li><li>Conduct A/B testing on ad variations to identify top-performing ad creatives. </li><li>Monitor and adjust bid strategies to ensure optimal ad placement and cost efficiency. </li><li>Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to achieve maximum results. </li><li>Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders. </li><li>Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies. </li><li>Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure campaign success and optimize conversion rate opportunities. </li><li>Implement landing page optimization techniques to improve overall campaign performance. </li><li>Stay Updated on Industry Trends:</li><li>Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Meta and Google Ads updates. </li><li>Suggest and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance. <br><br></li></ul>Requirements:<br><ul><li>Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven experience managing paid search campaigns, particularly on Meta and Google Ads. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously with varying budgets and objectives. </li><li>Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. </li><li>Proficiency in keyword research tools and bid management platforms. </li><li>Experience in A/B testing and ad copywriting for high-conversion rates. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. </li><li>Knowledge of conversion tracking and landing page optimization techniques. </li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.</li></ul>
