<p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Minimum 2 years experience in PPC Google Search/Display/Youtube (Yandex is a plus)</span></li><li><span>Experience in campaign strategy &amp; analysis</span></li><li><span>Usage of heat maps, GA, Tracking codes, RMK lists and campaigns&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Strong usage of SE tools (SEM Rush, etc..)</span></li><li><span>Skillset of ads writing for Google Ads &amp; Performance max&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Track record in performance campaigns</span></li><li><span>Experience in English &amp; Arabic campaigns</span></li><li><span>Experience in Lead Generation/Conversion campaigns</span></li><li><span>Fluent in English &amp; Arabic (spoken &amp; written)</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s Degree or above</span></li><li><span>Google Ads Certified&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>“Hero Attitude” &amp; strong work ethics</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Duties:</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Attending kick-off meetings/briefing sessions to get acquainted with new projects &amp; their objectives, the normal process will be that you launch the campaign upon the CIS filled with all the info your might require</span></li><li><span>Production of digital campaign strategy&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Campaign setup on Ads Manager (Google Search, Google Display Network, Youtube)</span></li><li><span>Signing off suitable ads, lead intros &amp; extensions (including ad variations)</span></li><li><span>Implementation &amp; Integration of tracking pixels and lead gen forms</span></li><li><span>Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI &amp; decide Budget allocations per channel</span></li><li><span>Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, selection of keywords, match types &amp; lead potential analysis to determine lead estimates</span></li><li><span>Perform keywords expansion as part of the ongoing campaign optimization</span></li><li><span>Monitoring &amp; optimisation of campaign KPIs on different channels to ensure the best possible performance.</span></li><li><span>Analysis of sales data &amp; insights (Provided by HeroAgents through Periodic Report Tracker which is updated live with lead-to-booking and booking-to-show ratios)</span></li><li><span>Producing campaign health checkups (Daily, weekly and monthly performance reports)</span></li><li><span>A/B testing of different audiences, ad variations, content elements, etc.</span></li><li><span>Creation of status reports &amp; sales presentations during a new client pitch&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Testing of different campaign bidding strategies, audiences, re-marketing and re-targeting&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Structured &amp; detailed campaign optimization process</span></li><li><span>Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies</span></li><li><span>Keeping up to date with the latest trends and proactively suggesting new solutions.</span></li><li><span>Keep engaged and on top of things on both Slack Channels and our task management sheets</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
